Congratulations Chicago Cubs Fans on a historic season and an amazing World Series. To commemorate this World Series win after 108 years, we built the Cubs celebration out of LEGO.

Attention Star Wars fans and LEGO enthusiasts!
Today is a very special day! IT’S STAR WARS DAY! HOORAY! To celebrate we’re hosting a May the 4th Be With You Build Challenge. Show us your best LEGO Star Wars creation and you might win a Star Wars Rey’s Speeder LEGO set!
To enter, take a photo of your best Star Wars LEGO build and post it on our social media with the hashtags #maythe4thbuild and #playwell. You have until 8pm EST on Friday May 6th. We’ll announce the winner on Monday May 9th! Whoever has the most EPIC LEGO build will win their very own Rey Speeder kit!

On March 26th, 2016, Play-Well TEKnologies partnered with The Atlanta Science Festival to build a replica of Atlanta out of LEGO. Over 100,000 pieces of LEGO were used to build the city, which included a working Ferris Wheel and replicas of the Coca Cola and CNN building. Here is a timelapse video of the build.

We are hoping to build a 200-Foot Long LEGO bridge and we will need your help in order to do it. Come learn about various types of bridge architecture, play with LEGO, and be a part of one of the longest LEGO bridges ever made in the state of Arizona, maybe even the country. The best part about it is the event is free.
There are two separate time slots to register:
This event will be held at Tempe Public Library.

On December 5th, 2016,Stanford University Brain Development Department and Play-Well TEKnologies helped families in the Palo Alto community build human spinal columns out of LEGO. The goal was to raise awareness about STEM education, as well as connect the Palo Alto community to the research being done at Stanford University. Over 500 parents and kids from Palo Alto participated in the event. As a group, they attempted to break two Guinness World Records. One of the tallest LEGO spinal column and one for the most anatomically correct spinal columns. They ended up building 86 anatomically correct LEGO spinal columns and one spinal column that was 9 Ft. 2 inches.

We are excited to announce that Play Well is expanding to Hawaii! It’s Island time! Our amazing Play-Wellian, Wrenn is adding Hawaii to our list of Play Well states!
We’re kicking off Play-Well Hawaii with a few winter camps in Honolulu!
We are working with Kama’aina Kids to create a unique camp experience at the Bishop Museum from December 21st-23rd. Bishop Museum campers will have a 90-minute Play Well engineering class with over 20,000 LEGO pieces.
The YMCA Mililani is also hosting winter intersession Play Well camps! We’re offering our Engineering FUNdamentals class, December 28th-30th from 12:45pm-3:45pm.
